Job Description and Responsibilities
Primarily responsible in the coordination and effective implementation of the client’s continuing medical education activities. This is to include management of the CM Operations which pertains to the supervision of the CM Coordinators in the implementation of RTDs, International Congresses, Post Graduate Courses, Local Conventions and other related CME activities.
Secondly, the CMM is responsible for the growth and development of all the CM Coordinators by providing equal opportunities for training in skills, aptitude and attitude and promotions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage over all the operations of the clinical meetings group to attain assigned continuing educational programs as directed by the Clinical Meetings Manager
- To recommend adequate and needed training for personnel’s enhancement in the area of cognitive, affective and skills such as selling, product knowledge, time and stress management and others related to work
- To conduct periodic staff evaluation and performance assessment to ensure efficient and effective results
- To communicate developments and updates in the business unit through reports, regular meetings and business reviews both for client and field personnel
