Primarily responsible for developing Professional Health Specialist Representatives (PHSR), managing the program objectives, identifying program concerns and needs and maintaining company standards.These activities are accomplished through a regular schedule of individual field visits, coaching and written communications.  His/her goals is to surpass the sales target in each territory compromising his/her area through efficient planning.  He/she guides the PHSR’s in the attainment of the program’s objectives and maintains a high degree of morale and sense of accomplishment within the group.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To effectively manage the program to attain assigned goals;
• To maintain full complement of PHSR’s within the project;
• To ensure the effective implementation of all sales and promotion campaign of the program.
